Pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Self-Regulation, dan Social Support terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (Survei pada Mahasiswa FIA UB Angkatan 2019 & 2020)

Abstract


Kesiapan kerja menjadi suatu hal yang perlu dimiliki oleh setiap individu, terkhusus mahasiswa. Namun, tingkat kesiapan kerja yang rendah telah menjadi masalah yang mana hal ini dapat menyumbang pada tingkat pengangguran dari lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, terkhusus di Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pembelajaran dalam konteks sosial antara faktor pribadi, perilaku, dan lingkungan. Dengan begitu, hal ini dapat menyumbang dalam meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Self-Regulation, dan Social Support terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (Survei pada Mahasiswa FIA UB Angkatan 2019 & 2020). Jenis penelitian ini explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diambil dari 141 mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitasn Brawijaya (FIA UB) angkatan 2019 & 2020 dengan menerapkan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria populasi, yaitu mahasiswa/i aktif FIA UB angkatan 2019 & 2020, telah menyelesaikan keseluruhan mata kuliah, dan pernah melaksanakan program magang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 29. Teknik pengujian data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), serta uji regresi linier berganda. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, (2) self-regulation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) social support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, dan (4) self-efficacy, self-regulation, dan social support secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja.
