PENGARUH AKSES INFORMASI, DUKUNGAN SOSIAL, DAN LITERASI FISIK TERHADAP PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT: PERAN MODERASI SELF-EFFICACY

Abstract


Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh akses informasi, dukungan sosial, dan literasi fisik terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) siswa, serta menguji peran moderasi self-efficacy. PHBS merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang sehat, produktif, dan berdaya saing. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 82 siswa SMP Dr. Soetomo Surabaya melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket berbasis skala Likert empat poin yang mengukur PHBS, akses informasi, dukungan sosial, literasi fisik, dan self-efficacy. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan literasi fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PHBS siswa, sementara akses informasi tidak berhubungan signifikan. Self-efficacy juga tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan variabel independen dengan PHBS. Model ini menjelaskan 36,9% variansi PHBS siswa, dengan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan sosial dan literasi fisik dalam mendorong PHBS, sementara strategi penyampaian informasi perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih efektif. Implikasi mencakup pengembangan program berbasis sekolah yang melibatkan keluarga, guru, dan komunitas untuk meningkatkan literasi fisik melalui ekstrakurikuler, mendukung peer group, dan menciptakan lingkungan fisik serta informasi yang kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan pembentukan karakter siswa secara berkelanjutan.
